CAMOC - International Committee for the Collections and Activities of Museums of Cities

CAMOC is a forum for members working in, or interested in, museums about cities, where they can share knowledge and experience, exchange ideas and explore partnerships across international boundaries. It seeks to stimulate dialogue and co-operation between museums by supporting and encouraging them in the collection, preservation and presentation of original material related to the past, present and future of the city, reinforcing the city's identity and contributing to its development. Activities include regular annual meetings in different countries, working groups, publication of proceedings of meetings and newsletters, etc.

Aufnahme in ein internationales Komitee

Voraussetzung für die Aufnahme in ein internationales Komitee ist eine individuelle oder institutionelle Mitgliedschaft bei ICOM.

Die Aufnahme in ein internationales Komitee erfolgt durch das ICOM-Generalsekretariat in Paris. Der Aufnahmeantrag besteht aus einem einseitigen englischsprachigen Formular.

Sollten Sie sich für die Mitarbeit in einem der internationalen Komitees von ICOM interessieren, möchten wir Sie bitten, den Aufnahmeantrag ausgefüllt und unterschrieben direkt an das ICOM-Generalsekretariat in Paris zu senden.
